Arvak Garver is rather large for a halfling. Due to his size and distinct lack in sling skill, he never quite fit in with the other halflings. His natural talent with the sword led him to seek training away from home. After years of training, he has become a great swordsman, wielding two human sized shortswords, each of which is nearly half his height. Throughout his training, size has been mentioned... frequently. So he is seeking fame by adventure until his name outshines his physical stature.
