Daeryn is of Taldorian decent which is evident in his naturally bronze skin tone and his dark brown, naturally flowing hair. Daeryn sports a classically Taldorian beard: well-trimmed and closely groomed. Daeryn is tall, coming in at just over 6 feet. He keeps his weight low and appears in excellent shape for someone who often shuns physical activity. While most humans of his size usually appear gangly, Daeryn carries his size gracefully. He is quick to remind his compatriots that Taldorians are famous for their pleasant appearance and being naturally gifted, of course.

Although most Taldans always cloth themselves in only the latest and most fashionable clothes they can afford, Daeryn's style is much more practical and can usually be found in his armor while on duty. The uniform leather attire is broken up by his dark colored breastplate. Strapped over his back is a greatsword that seams to large for him to use very effectively. He also carries a beautiful short bow, which is one of the few things on his person that isn't darkly colored. This amazing composite bow appears to be hand carved in amazingly intricate design and of the highest quality, as if crafted by a master of his craft. However, most interesting, perhaps, is the belt around his waist with numerous, bandolier-style sleeves. Many of them holding a small vial of liquid or powder.
