Distinguishing Marks: Victor has numerous tattoos among them is the word HATE across the knuckles of his left hand and the word MORE across the knuckles of his right.  Victor has the face of a devil on his chest and an ornate tribal tattoo that covers his back.  The latter is designed to help conceal four circular patches of scarred skin along the rombas muscles on each side of his spine.  From them Victor can produce four black chain like appendages that measure nearly 10ft in length.  Each of which is roughly as strong as one of his human arms.

General Appearance: Victor is a tall thin man with lean cords of muscle.  His midnight blue eyes are sharp and focused and his dirty blonde hair is shaggy.  Victor has multiple tattoos, several piercings and sports a rough unkempt beard.

POWERS
Delayed Kinetic Absorption:  Victor can absorb physical damage and transfer it into enhanced speed, strength and endurance.  However this power has a 1 to 2 minute delay.
Tentacles:  Victor can produce four black chain like appendages each of which is roughly as strong as one of his human arms.
-DRAWBACKS
Dark Hunger:  Although Victor isn’t a slave to his Darkness like those that are fully awakened he has a deep lustful desire to dominate and sexually punish others.  At his core Victor has a sadistic heart when the hunger is strong this aspect of his personality bubbles to the surface.
Excess Kinetic Energy:  Absorbed energy must be used or the excess energy awakens Victors “Hunger” failure to feed it causes Victor to slip into a state akin to a debilitating and violent drug withdrawal.  Ironically heavy drug use helps curb these side effects.

HISTORY
Personality: Victor is often described by those that know him as an unscrupulous irreverent asshole that owes them money.  Although smart and capable he often simply lets the chips fall where they may relying more on luck than skill in all but the most serious of situations.
