Standing 5'10" tall and weighing around 190 pounds, Jason's dark brown hair is kept in a close approximation of a buzz cut for convenience. His tan skin indicates he's spent a lot of time outdoors in the sun. He peers out at the world through 'sparkling' (his mother's word) blue eyes that give the impression of always being alert.

Although he has quite an imagination, fed by reading comic books ('graphic novels') and science fiction books as well as watching scifi movies and TV shows, he never lets it run away from him.

He may give the impression of being lighthearted and carefree, but he's deadly serious when it comes down to doing his job.
