Gwythe is of average height and weight. At one stage he may have been attractive, but his face has been pounded by something at some stage in his life, and one cheek's flesh is marked, and the nose is badly broken and distorted, the eye on that side partially closed.
He wears rough, peasant clothes. A kilt, worn and dirty, held up by a rope belt. An undershirt and leather jerkin, frayed and coming apart at the seams. A long cloak, reasonably fine and in good condition hangs down from his shoulders.
He wears a long sword loosely from his belt, and carries a stout lump of wood in his hand. Tucked into his jerkin are three throwing daggers.
