Gendonyd is a tall human with clear Suel ancestry, his skin is pale and his long hair and lightly groomed beard are reddish blond and slightly wavy. He has a symmetrical tapering face with ice blue eyes and is very pleasant to look upon. Unlike most Suel he is not muscular, but this does not detract from his attractiveness. He is also quite clean, his hair, skin and even his fingernails are dirt free.
Gendonyd wears an eclectic outfit of greens and browns, he has a woven green straw peasants hat that looks near the end of its useful life, with a wide brim that he wears in the sun or rain, otherwise it dangles on his back on a cord. Over his clothing lays a three quarter length cloak of brown and grey wool with leaf patterns of hunter green discernible in the weaving, the cloak has the look of something made with care rather than a merchants offering. Under the cloak is a faded green embroidered tunic of linen that looks like something a man of arms might wear, with a fringed dark brown leather vest laying over it, the vest looking somewhat primitive. Covering the legs are brown wool breeches tucked into calf high soft leather boots that lace up the sides and almost match the vest. He wears a plain broad belt with a common horn buckle where hangs a curved sword on his left as well as a quiver of darts on his right. Also sharing the belt is a flap pouch common among spellcasters to hold small books and tools of spelcasting, and a thin bladed knife of moderate length. He also carries a stout blackthorn walking stick and a shouldered travelers pack. His outfit looks tidy, well lived in and and well cared for.

The most noticeable thing about Gendonyd though is that he travels with a small menagerie of forest creatures.
