The halforc is, perhaps, a touch shorter than average, and not particularly well muscled for one of his kind, although his black hair and the greyish tone skin tone make his ancestry clear.  The thick black hair, sideburns and small beard, are neatly trimmed, while his dark grey eyes have a pinkish tinge.    When performing, he wears a black shirt and britches set off with a dark grey waistcoat and stockings, and favours dark or sombre colours, often with a black cloak, at other times.


His personal music features sharp bongo-like drum beats accompanied by words that are chanted -  but chanted fairly melodically.  Playing alone, Raven is never going to be the star attraction, although he knows how to work an audience well enough that he does pick up some solo work.  However, he also plays in bands, orchestras and ensembles - and is a fairly talented percussionist.

In combat, he wears light armour and favours his bow, although he also carries a  selection of light weapons.
