Appearance:  Dellas is a cheerful-looking halfling barely out of adolescence.  His hair is cut quite short, and he tends to wear brightly-colored leather clothing.  Dark-eyed and usually smiling, he tends to carry torches, lanterns, or candles with him wherever he goes.  His sleek brown weasel familiar, Vish, usually rides on his collar.

Personality:  Dellas prefers to go around with a smile on his face and spring in his step.  He loves fire a great deal, and likes to be the one to start the campfire, cook food, carry torches, light lanterns, set a distraction fire, or anything else fire-related that’s needed.

Background:  Dellas family was nearly wiped out by a bandit gang led by a shaman when he was a boy.  After watching the power of magic at work, Dellas was determined to harness that power for himself, to protect others from suffering the same loss.  Though he has a sunny disposition, he can become tough when confronted with those who prey upon the innocent.
