Brief Bio:  Since her embrace in 1995, Miss Franklin has become quite popular in Erie.  She spent a great deal of time under her sire, Primogen Ratcliff's tutelage, and confides in him for both advice and assistance when it's necessary.  She gets along fairly well with all kindred except those who treat her like just another uppity Ventrue.  Miss Franklin is on good terms with the Sheriff, Mr. Castillo, as well as the Brujah Mr. Costigan, and she earned herself a bit of respect the first time she earned herself a boon from Seneschal Walker, too.  Miss Franklin has, through a combination of trial, error, and exploitation of her boons, acquired a significant amount of Legal, Political, and Industrial influence.  Time will only tell if she can hold onto it.

Miss Franklin shows a great deal of promise as well as ambition, but she is smart and careful enough to keep her ambitions in check by understanding the Camarilla's value of both age and tradition.  She understands that she will not get anywhere without time, effort, and allies.  In the meantime this frees her up to take care of her own business.
