Usigami is a bit of a joker.  He is constantly talking, though he does not let it get in the way of anyone's work.  There is a bit of braggadocio about him when it comes to smithing, and somehow he always makes good on his claims...so far.  Some of the other smiths can't stand him, but some like the energy and cheerfulness he brings to the secret forges, especially in these dark times.

However, there is something...off about him, like the joviality is sometimes forced.
