The Dragonborn Warlock tends to keep his draconic features hidden under the hood of his cloak because he's learned from past encounters that people tend to fear him solely on his looks. When his dark blue skin does manage to show, it reveals his blue dragon heritage. He also has one yellow eye and one red eye, another feature that bothers people... along with his 7-foot height.

Despite all that, anyone who interacts with him finds him to be very charismatic.

When in battle, he wears studded leather armor but seems to change clothes frequently when not in combat. A scholar's pack is on his back along with a great axe, a crossbow and belt quiver hang at his waist, and he carries a quarterstaff.
