Anshegar stands shorter than most dragonborn, but corded muscle ripples beneath his scales, which are blue-grey in colour.  Unlike most dragonborn, he lacks a frill or crest on his head.  Instead, he has a mane of loose quills or spines, which are too thick to be called hairs of any kind, and they rattle softly against each other as he moves.  Their off-white colour contrasts starkly with his blackened horns and blueish scales.

Anshegar is broadshouldered, which makes him appear shorter than he is.  He is typically dressed in a pair of loose plain pants, and a harness on his upper body to hold any number of the various weapons her carries with him.
