Charlie has seen a lot of things and heard a lot of tales in his ten years as a sailor. He has traveled from port to port, city to city, and nation to nation since the tender age of nine when he started out as a cabin boy and rose to a comfortable, non-commanding rank. He knows places and he knows the people within them even more so. Not much surprises him, but everything intrigues him. He has an affable charm and genuinely likes most people.
