Juan
Jaun fits the role of biker. Muscular, with tattoos of burning skeletal limbs going down his arms and legs. A face that has been in more than one fist fight. Not ugly, but more worn and clearly seen quite a bit of pain. His brown eyes are a bit sunken into his head, and his nose has been broken and reset more than once. He keeps his black hair short, and tries to shave when he can. His mom would have liked that...

Key of Rage-'Its hard to keep from speaking out. It would be easy to shut my dumb mouth...but instead I call out something wrong when I see it...like a dope.'
Key of Loyalty-'Old Bob showed me the way. You can't always be good, but do right by those who do right by you.'
Background:
Juan grew up as many in the barrio did. Single mother, father killed after being deported and then dying out in the desert. He wanted to be good, he wanted his mom to be proud of him. However, he needed a place to belong, and they needed money. He could not be the man his father was-they could not afford it.
So, he joined a gang. Loco Diablos-the crazy devils. A biker gang which more or less 'kept order' when the cops did not care to, which was most of the time. True enough they did deal in illegal things, but Jaun liked to think he was actually helping his community. That's what Old Bob said. 'Sometimes, Cordero, you gotta do the wrong things to do right by your people. Weather its the Locos or just your block, or your moms. Its just us out here, looking out for our own.'
Old Bob was the only one he let call him 'Cordero'-or Lamb. Its because Old Bob had been looking out for him ever since he was a rug rat. Old Bob taught him how to ride, how to find life in the desert, how to fix a bike. Also how to break and enter, how to fight, and hide from the cops.
Jaun would foolishly think it would be this way forever-but nothing stays the same. When world died, it took Old Bob with it. His heart could not take all the new pressure of this nightmare world. Expect Old Bob did not stay dead. Juan found out that death was not the end for anyone anymore...even a natural death. By the time he found his moms, she had met a similar fate. He had not been there with her at the end...by her own hand, rather than be torn apart.
Jaun lit out of town with a big chip on his shoulder, and looking for somebody to fill the void. Expect he remembers Old Bob's words very carefully. They guide him now, and keep the anger from overwhelming him. Sometimes...and not nearly enough.
Personality:
Juan is an angry person, and has lived with bitterness most of his life. That being said, and feeling that his mother was disappointed in him, he learned to bare that pain. Sure she might think he was a thug and criminal-but he did it for her. Whatever he had to bear, she would never know.
Old Bob gave him a code to live by, but its no code of honor-just survival. Maybe that's why he can endure the world of the dead a little better than some. However, once his loyalty is earned, and he owes a debt-he repays it. All despite not having it easy, and he does still feel the tinge of resentment when he sees others who do.
That being said, he is not needlessly violent, despite his appearance and background. Bob taught him that as well. Once things become violent, and sometimes it is needed-there is no going back. Juan accepts his anger is a apart of him-the part that keeps him alive. It also can keep him from really connecting with anyone, which he is trying to overcome. But old habits die hard...
