Chrystian is a long-haul trucker from Krakow in southern Poland. He was formerly a policeman but was kicked out for excessive use of force, which is saying a lot for Poland! He is divorced, and his ex-wife (Alina) took his 2 children (Dobri and Emilia) when she quickly remarried.

Obtaining his commercial licence 7 years ago, he now works for a trucking company. Chrystian has hauled loads across Europe, from Turkey and Russia to France and Spain. Occasionally he delivers packages of contraband material (mainly from Albania, so yeah, probably drugs). This is only an occasionally shady side job, by far and away his runs are completely legal and legit.

He is a Christian, although lapsed. He disdains taking drugs and while he drinks, he is not (quite) an alcoholic. He still has parents (Casimir and Berta) that live in Krakow, as well as a twin brother Jonazs.
