Peggy (the preferred version of her given name: Margaret) is a fit young woman who stands a few inches over five and a half feet tall. She looks underweight for her height and tends to dress in more masculine fashions - almost never seen in a skirt or a dress unless she has no choice in the matter. She has blue eyes and dirty blond hair cut in a short bob.

A student of the Dennings Academy since prior to her Awakening, Peggy is not directly related to any of the local Mages or Garou. Her family learned of the Academy and its mission several years ago and found it suited what they wanted for their first child. Either way, she is still one of the Academy's successes.

While neither of Peggy's parents are local to Chicago, both are well-regarded in their communities. Unfortunately for the young mage, this tends to mean people expect more of her than she is either ready or willing to give and has caused a small rift to form between she and her family. It's not that she doesn't love them, rather that she doubts they feel the same unless she is being exactly as impressive and important as they want her to be.

The local Garou are likely to have heard of Peggy's father's exploits at one point or another. He is an Elder Child of Gaia Ahroun called Hell-and-Back for the battle he led in Malfeas itself as part of claiming his place among the tribe's Elders. There are very few people alive who would dare to use his given name - Edward Howard. One of those individuals is his mate, Peggy's mother, Lillian White. Lillian is an Exarch of the Celestial Chorus, a long-time member of the Sisters of Gabrielle, and kinfolk to the Children of Gaia.
