Power
Cara can will 'shapes' into any space and move them. Those scientists who have studied her power note that they are neither energy nor mass, but are actually dimensional rifts. However described, they appear to be crystalline and generally take natural geometric shapes. She can will these durable shapes into space and let them float there, or move them about as she desires.

History
Cara was raised in Northern Georgia to a particularly poor and hateful father who drank too much. Despite all of his failings, he did manage to raise Cara well up until her first year of high school. Unfortunately, the young beauty was kidnapped on her way home and delivered to a remote lab where she would suffer experimentation at the hands of faceless villains. It's unclear if her powers were created by these experiments, triggered by them, or simply destined to develop regardless, but once her potential blossomed, Cara was subjected to a deep indoctrination therapy. It was in the midst of this process that the laboratory was uncovered and DVA agents rescued Cara. Now that she was empowered, her father had no interest in reforging a relationship "My real daughter died years ago", so she was rehabilitated and brought to the university.

Personality
Cara is generally tolerant, but once she hit a certain threshold of frustration her rage and passion can boil over. She is otherwise extremely curious and more than a little gullible. In fact, her mind offers little to no resistance to mental manipulation. However, Cara's self-awareness of her own gullibility makes her overcompensate to such a degree that she's very defiant. Cara has no memories of her childhood and is generally a blank slate at the moment, however, she is quickly discovering what she likes and dislikes.

Cara has the honed figure of a woman who engages in regular exercise and conditioning. Her bright copper red hair appears to be natural, and her steel blue eyes are unflinching. Generally, Cara doesn't have a 'look' other than wearing fitness or casual styles. In truth, she doesn't have a very well developed sense of style or a deep closet at all. All of her earthly belongings could fit in a single carry on.
