Jeyur Whitefire has the high cheekbones, the steep eyes and the pointed ears which are prounounced, marking him as the descendant of the High Elves, or so they are referred to by the common folk who work the land with sweat and toil. His long hair is silvery as are his eyes. Yet the hardships of a life of fighting on the frontier have made their marks on the timeless visage of this elf. Scars and blemishes due to battles and extreme feats of survival mark what little of his pale skin is visible beneath his furs and armor. His weapons are well-cared-for, but very plain. He walks with a catlike grace and moves with the speed of a mountain lion. He is sharp and attentive, but comfortable around allies and companions.

Those who know Jeyur more intimately than just as comrades of battle, those few he might call friends, can also sense or feel the emanations of arcane energy which he tends to keep in check. Upon his chest and shoulders are strange runes, elemental glyphs to which he is attuned. He keeps them hidden as much as possible but will occasionally speak of them. While he is not skirmishing with fell beasts upon the icy fringes of civilization, he continues his pursuit to discover deeper understanding and use of powerful, ancient rune magic.
