One of the City of Detroit's many Mehket, Anca is largely removed from the politics of the City.  Rumors fly around her that she is the estranged childre of the Circle's Primogen, but neither Kindred has confirmed nor denied the truth of the matter. It is rare that she shows up for anything, even Elysium, though she occasionally makes her presence known for one of the Sell Out Prince's public debates on City Law.  With her fondness for leather jackets and her shaved head, she might cut an imposing figure, but there is a softness to her that takes the edge off.
