Peter Aristov is the consummate Invictus in the city of Detroit, a constant reminder to the Sell Out Prince of how necessary, and yet how incredibly dangerous, the presence of the First Estate is within her domain.  Born of mixed parentage and Embraced into the Yagnatia  bloodline, the indispensable Peter has managed to insert his eyes and ears into almost every conceivable level of city bureaucracy.  Not a single city ordinance gets passed or police deployment authorized without the Invictus' spymaster knowing about it, making him a necessary evil to tolerate among Marissa's Court.

He dresses the part of a civil servant, as likely as not in a suit and collared shirt, though he generally keeps his thick hair unbound.  Adept at blending into the background when he does not wish to be noticed, he is rarely seen without his bodyguard Marcus, a thinly muscled ghoul even more unobtrusive than his master.
