Esdee Harmond is the head of the Enforcers, the Sellout Prince's bastard  version of Hounds.  She's young for such an important title, having been a Vampire for less than two decades, but thus far the Haunt has proven herself more than competent enough for the roll.  Mizz Young needs no help enforcing order within Elysium, but outside of it the de facto Prince's rule often needs a little bit of muscle to back it up.  Esdee is happy to provide that muscle, and has cultivated enough of a reputation that all she needs to evoke fear and panic is a stare.

The lonely curse manifests plainly enough for the young Haunt, darkening her eyes to purest black.  Otherwise, her skin is smooth and firm, and no stench of dead pervades her body.  Her hair is buzzed short, and she tends to wear men's suits, lending a rather androgynous air to her.  She is fucking terrifying with a crowbar, her favored weapon, and is only to happy to brawl if the situation calls for it.
