While Ha'ng of Ten Shadows claims the title of High Priestess of the Circle of the Crone in Detroit, it is The Bloodpriestess Qui who is the city's most accomplished practitioner of Crúac.  Like most of the Circle's leadership, Qi is of Vietnamese descent. She is one of the most recent immigrants to the City, having only come to the U.S. from her homeland in 1999, and she still speaks softly with a slight accent.  She is tiny, barely standing taller than 5'0", and her slight frame can barely hold more than a hundred pounds.  Despite this, she is a fiery presence among the Acolytes, her intensity able to take on mythic potency when she wishes it.  With just a look, the Bloodpriestess can stop Kindred and Kine alike cold, sending them scurrying back from where they came with their tails between their legs.

In addition to her responsibilities leading Crúac rights, the Bloodpriestess is rumored to be the primary power behind the Circle's noon moon bloodhunts in the woods surrounding the Detroit.  She is known to be an avid participant, and encourages her Disciples to do the same.
