Johnathan Chambers does not look the part of the typical Invictus Knight, but he claims that is the role he fulfills within the First Estate.  He's small, with a shit eating grin permanently locked onto his face, a face that  alternates between being incredibly likeable and incredibly punchable at the drop of a hat.  His only badge of office is a handgun he keeps in a shoulder holster, but few can recall a time when they remember Mr. Chambers actually reaching for the gun.  There is never a political function that he isn't a part of, and he is disturbingly good at convincing others to adopt a point when he sets his mind to it.  Why Marissa tolerates his existence is a mystery, but the little man has done something to so thoroughly enmesh himself into the politics of the City.
