Coming in at only 5'1", Sara Kozlow's temper is as short as she is.  Sara's lower class upbringing is clear in her speech and mannerisms.  She tends to dress in whatever she can find, not bothering to wash for days on end, though her Vampiric condition prevents her clothing from becoming too filthy.

A fixture in Hamtramck since the late 1980's, the Savage Homeguard has developed that deep seated affinity for territory so common to those of her Clan.  She rarely leaves her turf, preferring to spend her nights patrolling in endless repeating patterns whose greater picture is known only to her.  Few know the back streets and alleyways of the small city better than her.  Sometimes she takes a few other Spears under her wing, fancying herself a Crusader leading a cohort of Sanctified Knights, but for the most part her never ending patrols are a solo affair.   She is a frequent contributor to the Cacophony Society, a master of the hidden Vampiric cant of the streets, and is generally one of the first to know of a shift in that hidden world of secrets and messages.
