Archon Margaret Collins, formally Reeve Margaret Collins, is a survivor.  While the transition of power from Invictus to Carthian was not a violent affair, no transition of such a magnitude is without casualties.  As the former Prince's sheriff, no Kidnred short of the Judex Acosta himself had a as big of a target painted on her back.  Yet somehow she has survived, mostly by being meaner and badder than anyone who came gunning for her.

She can be stern and overly formal at Elysium functions, leaving most of the talking to those with more station within the First Estate.  Out on the streets, however, she becomes a whole different monster.  She seems to delight in causing mayhem, and is almost irreverent with her words and demeanor.  She is rarely seen without heavy hands of silver around her neck, and at least three firearms strapped to her clothing.
