Morose, that would be the best way to describe Joseph Sitko.  Average height and build, he seems smaller than he actually is, the slump of his shoulders and inward turned predatory aura making him seem smaller than he actually is.  A low ranking Soldier in the Lancea Sanctum born of poor Polish immigrants, Joseph is clearly a Follower, pretty clearly never having a chance of being anything other than a Sanctified loyalist.  He favors simple workman's clothes, though he hasn't had a factory job in at least forty years.  Some habits die harder than others.
