Professor Kaitlyn Galas never seems to leave her classroom, a large auditorium within Marygrove College.  A professor of biochemistry, her lectures have been described as possessing an almost religious fervor, and she consistently draws some of the school's largest crowds.   The woman is a powerful force to content with, clever without being overbearing about it, charming and witty.  When she opens her mouth to speak, the room goes silent and listens.  Average height and build, she dresses well for a professor, favoring long skirts blouses under finely fitted jackets.  She wears her hair up, and never speaks of the almost bindi like scar on her forehead, a source of much rumor and hearsay among the student body.  She carries herself with an easy confidence, never straying into cockiness, but one of a woman who knows what she wants and knows how to get it.

She is also an Elder within the Ordo Dracul, a recent immigrant to the city of Detroit.  She is one of the Conveyer's inner circle, a dedicated researcher who has done much to further the Dragon's cause within the city.  Unlike many of her ilk, she does most of her experiments out in the field, utilizing the student body as her primary data set.  There are dozens of rumors surrounding her various relationships with peers and students, many of them salacious, and some just bizarre.
