The first thing people notice about Jalene Carter is the hair.  At first it looks wild and untamed, a wild fro with streaks of grey at her temples and forehead that are utterly at odds with her young face.  Looking closer, one can see the meticulousness with which she would have needed to style it in order to get it to maintain its bounce and form.  Her style is straight out of the 70's, biker leathers and wide hoop earrings, and she usually has a bandanna to keep her fro pulled back.  There is an ever so slightly furtive twitch to her movements, as if she had just fed from a mortal high on stimulants, and hadn't used Vitae to purge her system of the effects yet.   When she speaks, her voice is very high pitched, but not the the point where she squeaks in an unpleasant manner.

Jalene is a member of Nyadhail's inner circle, having come over with her from the start in the early 1960's.  She is a deeply secretive Dragon, over fond of coded phrases and layers and layers of security precautions.  She maintains a cult of some sort, the rumors around it stating that it's some sort of PCP based drug cult, but with how secretive Jalene is the truth of these stories is next to impossible to determine.
