Jeanne Yvain

Jeanne Yvain,
Black Knight of the Invictus
Clan: Mekhet
Bloodline: Khaibit
Covenant: Invictus
Coterie: the New Renaissance

Theme Song: Purity Ring - Obedear

Appearance:
Jeanne does not, at first glance, match what most people would consider to be a "Knight." Embraced at 19, she is a short, slender young woman, with porcelain white skin and blonde hair so fair as to be nearly white. She is very meticulous about her appearance, preferring fine, formal clothes and somewhat archaic and fashions; she avoids wearing pants whenever possible, preferring dresses and skirts (provided they are cut to give her a full range of movement). Despite her size, she carries herself with a noble bearing and aura of self-confidence that gives many pause, and moves with the purposeful grace of someone who has spent their whole life practicing the martial arts. She is almost never seen without what shes considers her "badge of office"; a well-used longsword whose blade has been darkened to near-black, its hilt emblazoned with the Sable Rose of her Order.

Personality
Jeanne is, first and foremost, a Knight of the Invictus. Her manners are impeccable (if occasionally a few centuries out of date, a quirk picked up from her Sire); she is soft-spoken, polite, demure, and appropriately deferential to authority. Like many of her clan, she often comes off as a bit cold and detached, but despite this, she is a woman of her word, and is very loyal (for a Vampire) to those who have treated her well.

It would be a mistake, however, to confuse her manners for weakness - underneath her cool and noble demeanor is an experienced killer of both Kine and Kindred, who has no qualms using any means necessary to fulfill her duties. She knows full well that her appearance leads many to underestimate her abilities, and therefore will frequently use excessive force as a way of demonstrating that she (and the covenant she represents) is a force to be reckoned with. Her position is possibly the most important thing in the world to her.
