Lucas Mancuzo. "The Wrecker"
Male. 5'8" tall,  170 lbs.  Hair black going gray,  beard shaggy gray-white.
Appearance 7 (puckered scar on right cheek, smells bad; like rancid old clothes and stale ashtrays.).

Usual attire:  wears a dirty colorless ball cap turned backward to keep the hair out of his eyes, it once read: "I love New York"

Carries a grimy tool belt filled with various wrenches and sockets. Filthy jeans that may have once been blue? Heavy work boots. Well-maintained Shotgun slung over shoulder.

Stares at people in a disconcerting way, making it obvious he does not trust you. "...Why are you here? ...You don't belong here!"

The Wrecker Truck -  is a large diesel wrecker.
Picture a big-rig tractor truck (long nose with a sleeper) without the trailer and equipped with tow truck devices. The oversized armored bumper in front is designed to push vehicles. The boom and winch on the back can pull large vehicles up steep slopes, out of ditches, pull them upright, ect.

The truck has been covered in armor on all sides, armor skirts over the wheels, and heavy weapons on top of the cab, in back, and on drivers side. Extra toolboxes are bolted on behind the cab. The rear is covered in rusty chains and extra tools.
