Bolarro is an older human with white hair and green eyes.  He wears his hair long, tied back in a ponytail.  He wears a moustache connected to mutton-chop sideburns and no beard, the same snowy white as his hair.  There are some faint scars around his right eye.  The particularly observant will see the trace hints of a cybernetic eye replacement.
