Frio is a young man who has been wandering along after the destruction of his village at the hands of a mad man crafting an army of dragon type pokemon. He seeks the power to gain his revenge.

His constant companion is Hawks, his trusty Amaura, which he got from a traveling wizard who promised that he would live in interesting times. Wielding the martial arts knowledge of his father, and the claws crafted from Walrein tusks.
