Jioni

Jioni Nafasi is an 18 year old Knight of Helvatia. His father was a mercenary employed by the Frisian Courts, and his mother a Massalian Knight living in Hurrican of Massalia. It was there they met and eventually they settled in Helvatia to start their family.
Jioni is a follower of the Church and Arceus, but he has a special respect for Cresselia the Oracle and Raikou the peaceful Storm Beast. Their acts of trying to maintain peace in the world while maintaining their domains appeal to him because though he may be a knight, he strives not for battle but for peace.
He made sure to take the basic education that his parents wanted for him, but soon after he was ready to take on the world. He speaks Albionese and Helvatian, but he knows a few words of and can understand Frisian and Massalian due to his parents sparse shifts to native tongues.
Jioni loves swordplay. He both excels and revels in it. It's rare to see him happier than when he's staring down an opponent in a duel as they clash blades. He spends a lot of his free time exercising and training to keep his body as sharp as his sword.
He also has quite a bit of interest in the magics of the world and how they work, and it is in that endeavor alone he chose to spend secondary education in pursuing. He aims to understand his own magic and how it is that Fey magic has such an immense effect on beasts as mighty as Dragons.
He has some issue with the status quo and the systems by which the Kingdoms run on but he knows there's not much he can do to change that. He instead follows his own code of honor and justice as he proceeds through his life, not allowing his actions to be dictated by someone else's strict code of ethics. You could best describe him as Chaotic Good.

He is something of an exotic beauty. It is not known if it is through his Fey blood or some other factor that he came to inherit the physical traits he has, but he possesses them all the same. He has dark skin, light in complexion with long, red hair coming down to the base of his neck. It has been twisted and braided into long, thick locks that he keeps tied in a ponytail for sake of ease and comfort. His features are further distinguished by the two gray eyes that stare out at the world.
He is not an overly tall young man, standing at 5'11" and weighing and even 175 pounds that he works hard to maintain as musculature. He generally keeps his face clean shaven, as it showcases the fair features that he has come to be identified by. When he speaks his voice comes out in a light baritone, one that conveys respect and command but still makes obvious his youth. A point of confusion among many is that at all times he has a scent that is both masculine and feminine, but yet neither.
He is generally seen wearing plain leather armor, as he has found no use for metal armor and it's restrictions on mobility yet. He keeps his sword sheathed on his right hip, as he is left-handed; at all times his special Gauntlet is worn on his right hand.
Jioni would love to one day become a Royal Knight, standing at the side and protecting one of the great Heads of State. Perhaps even the Emperor himself.
When not relaxing and enjoying the comforts of a land or the thrills of battle, Jioni likes to pursue a more carnal form of entertainment. It is well-documented that he is a true lover of the female form and he is willing to lay with any woman that catches his eye and of interesting temperament. This extends beyond normal boundaries and not even the bonds of marriage will stop his pursuit if the maiden welcomes him. It is only out of respect for a man that has earned his respect that he will avert his gaze and attentions.

Jioni likes the company of others but generally ends up travelling alone because it proves difficult for him to find people who are as eager to stare death in the eye with his reckless pursuit of adventure and justice.

Jioni's Skills are Occult Education, Charm, Combat, Intimidate, and Athletics. He starts off as a Berseker/Glamour Weaver/Athlete, and I believe from there I will eventually expand into Fairy Ace. His Gauntlet Weapon is a GoT version of the Psionic Blade from DPDoM that has been alchemised with a gauntlet and Dream Mist.

While originally finding work in Helvatia, Jioni found himself in the bed of a noblewoman. Normally he wouldn't have cared, except for the fact that the nobleman who happened to have been her husband had been having her watched because he suspected her of infidelity. He caught the spy but found it prudent to make himself scarce in his homelands lest he be found out by future informants. To make sure he was safe he took residence in a land where he was completely unknown, Demosia. It is there that he came upon a lone priestess that moved him so with her kind and gentle nature that he could not allow her to travel vulnerable to attack and so pledged to be her bodyguard. He writes to his mother and father frequently so they know he is alive and well.

Jioni's favorite Type is that of his own, and he calls Cresselia his Patron but pays special reverence to Raikou. His starter is also his weapon, his loyal Honedge. He has always had a love of the colour black, and of the taste of an animal he has killed and roasted himself over a flame. He is not a fan of vegetables and only eats them when he has to.
