Alexei "Judgement-of-Shadows" Volkov

He is tall, and thin, with lean muscles. His hair is dark, and his eyes gleam with a grim cunning. Rarely is there anything but a scowl on his face. His skin is unfortunately marred by patches of leathery, scaly, skin, which he seems to scratch at absentmindedly.

He tends towards darker clothing, and speaks in a quiet, yet firm voice, when he speaks at all.
