Hengar is a tall, muscular man of fair skin and the bright blue eyes typical of a northener. His light brown hair hangs past his shoulders and he wears a pendant fashioned from two pieces of antler, denoting his affiliation with the Tribe of the Elk.

Hengar has come to Ten-Towns seeking to forge a bond with his neighbors, in hopes of thwarting the Ice Witch's advances.
