Væna Búi FlíR (ᚢᚬᚾᛅᛒᚢᛁᚠᛚᛁᚱ) is a Shadar Kai Wizard from Thule, the northernmost region bordering with Greyhawk. Following her birth in the Shadowfell, her parents moved into the Material Plane to advance the will of the Raven Queen.

| Raised in Oerth, Væna Búi FlíR grew as an atypical Shadar Kai, bursting with more emotion and warmer features than her people at the Shadowfell. Most know her as "Bambi Fleur", which is a simplified way to spell her name in common tongue. Bambi is a comely, young "albino" woman; she is a Shadar Kai elf, of predominantly human appearance. She has bluish violet eyes and shoulder-lenght silvery blonde hair. She hints a sweet scent, with notes of vanilla flowers and almonds, much like bibliosmia and sometimes cedarwood. Her body is lean, fit, and of slightly average height (163 cm, 48 kg). She sports a bodysuit, as it allows for speed, mobility, and flexibility. On top she wears dark vestments, in the fashion of magic users; her vitals are (cm): B86 - W57 - H88. Bambi led a quiet life in Thule, where her parents established a magic shop and a fencing school. When she was 15, she parted to the capital of Fraonia, and enrolled at the Royal Academy of Magic to complete her education in wizardry, there she earned the monikers "Librarian" and "Ghost Runner". Now, at age 16, Bambi has decided to explore the world and embark on a quest to write a journal of her adventures throughout the uncharted lands of Fraonia, inspired by the likes of Elminster, Drizzt and Volo, and also by the desire of leaving her mark in the world. Bambi is confident in her own abilities and does what she can to instill conviction in others. She dislikes people without standards and those which take advantage of their position for personal gain; she especially despises those who follow the law, but don't understand it. She adheres to four core values, which define her personality: Honor, Honesty, Valor and Loyalty.
