From just about the top of his head to his shoulders is a frill. He has scales covering his whole body. His color is somewhere between a dull silver and bright mercury almost depending on how clean he has been keeping himself. His hands and feet are slightly clawed. His legs are now back hinged and they support his new weight much better than you would expect. His tail has spikes running from where it attaches to the tip these are mostly for show. His chest which was muscled before his change but now it is just as muscled however the way it is attached suggests it was designed to help him fly using his wings. He now has a snout and plenty of fangs to go in it. His eyes are still Yacob's the only difference is they are more blue than they were just minutes before. His breath is slightly colder and mists on hot summer days.

 At just over 5 feet you would swear he was just a short human. That is until he opened his mouth. He speaks as deeply as one would expect from a dwarf. However it is more normal sounding. Less dwarf sounding unless he is upset or around his own kind. He wears a great coat studded with pockets. His traveling spellbooks are in various pockets and he has various spell components in several smaller pockets. He carries a large staff made of  wood or perhaps something else, but one couldn't be sure without closer looks and this would be unwise with most wizards. His traveling clothes are well made, but more or less unremarkable. One would think his mage attire to be spectacular since even on the road he seems well groomed.
