Ril as she tells people to call her is a perpetually armored elf dressed in battered chain mail, a dinged helmet and a frayed brown cloak.  A basket-hilted sword can be seen on her right hip and a kite shield painted with the symbol of Lathander can often be seen in her right hand.  Even her heavily armored appearance can't hide her elven nature and her surprising strength is hidden in a lithe and lean rather than stocky frame.

Ril is generally easy going, well-natured, and eager to please.  Often the first to volunteer and the last to quit she tends to try to inspire others around her to do the right thing by leading through example rather than giving a long winded lecture.
