6'1", 220 lbs, black hair and blue eyes.  Originally from New Moscow, Vladimir came from a family of wealth and influence.  He had started on the path towards pursuing a medical degree, but soon found that his real talent lay in throwing the most mind blowing parties and social events that his college had ever seen.  They were over the top...too much so.  One of the raves wound up involving something about a dead hooker and a lot of drugs, so Vlad's father used his influence to sweep it under the carpet.  In doing so, he forced his youngest son into the military.

  Vladimir entered the space marines, specializing in ground assaults...and throwing great parties.  He became very well known throughout the corps for them, and while it made him famous, it also earned him a few enemies along the way.

  Eight years to the corps and he mustered out.  Falling back onto the cushion of his families wealth and his skills with people, Vladimir returned to the civilian sector, becoming a party consultant to the rich and famous into his early forties.  Everyone wanted a Vlad party.  Things were good for many years, until another incident hit the vids...something about a mule, a dead hooker, and  a lot of drugs.

  Vladimir ghosted, dropping out of the limelight after leaving a small army of lawyers to deal with it.
