Description: Rafael, or Rafe, is a tall young man with dark eyes, a tanned complexion, and a bright, dazzling smile. His hair is very short and dark, but he has dyed red streaks into it and buzzed stripes along the sides and the back of his head. He has an athletic build and enjoys showing off his toned arms and legs.

Rafe is filled with self-confidence and always seems to strive to be the center of attention, whether for good or for ill. As long as the spotlight is on him, he’s happy.
