Relationships: Gwen is friends with Penelope Hwang and Anne Grey through their music; she is kind of friends with Benjamin Fell (They talk about all things science but really don't seem to mesh on any other topic).  She is "friends" with all the girls in her parents' social circle, but in reality she just floats along whenever she is pushed together with them.  She has little desire to talk about fashion or make-up.

Richard Lockless is her father; a big fish in a small pond.  Her mother is Evelyne Lockless- leader of the Ladies' Social Circle. She had one sibling, an older brother (he's in his twenties), Christopher Lockless- a soccer jock and a bit of a bully.

Description: She stands 5'6" tall with a slender build.  She has blue eyes and shoulder length, amber blonde hair that her mother insists on styling with curls, but Gwen often pulls into a messy bun or ponytail as soon as she's out of the house.  Her mother fills her wardrobe with fashionable outfits that Gwen does wear, but she also has some common tee-shirts and jeans tucked away for when she wants to work on her projects.

Personality: Gwen is a quiet introverted girl who would rather spend her afternoons studying the latest advances in science than giggling over boys or fashion.  She gives in to her parents because she knows it would be ten times worst if she openly rebelled against their wishes.  She wishes she was more outgoing, but fears makings a laughingstock of herself.

History: Gwen is the youngest child of Richard and Evelyne.  Her older brother, Christopher is in his mid twenties.  For a long time after his birth they didn't think that Evelyne would be able to have another child, but finally she did.  Richard would rather have had another son but had to settle for the daughter he got.  At social events she tends to either be a wallflower or hang out with kids her parents approve of.  At school she is intelligent but doesn't seek out attention from her teachers.
