What The World Knows: Ty went missing with his mother six months ago, and returned along with her. There are something happening with Tye, but no one is aware of what is going on yet. So, as far as everyone is concerned, he is a fairly normal -powerless- nine-year-old boy.


Superhuman Ability: Metal Manipulation

The user can create, shape and manipulate metal, a solid material (an element, compound, or alloy) that is typically hard, shiny, and features good electrical and thermal conductivity.


Strengths:

1. Tyler is able to control, manipulate (such as mold, and change the shape) and pull metal from his surrounding area and use it as he sees fit. This includes all metal types, and he can eventually, with age and practice pull metal from inside the human body. (magnesium)

2. He can move metal at will. Meaning, he can shoot a quarter at something, or a small metal ball with enough concentration.


Weaknesses:

1. Tyler can't at this time, control his powers very easily, and can't use it to control objects larger than a bicycle.

2. Using his power in big ways, such as pushing his limits severely fatigues him, and he requires sleep and food in order to recover.

3. He can not 'create' metal. But must get it from an outside source. Which also means, if he is ever in a position where he is placed in a room where there is no metal whatsoever. He is the same as any boy his age.



Personality Description:

Tyler Jackson Montgomery is an old soul, he's pensive and thoughtful, and stubborn as both his parents and then some. He's a quiet kid unless provoked, and thinks before he acts in everything. He endears himself to the adults that know him by his thoughtfulness, and penchant for things from a culture that was before his time. Some have said that Tye overthinks things, but Tye never knew what that meant. He loves video games, movies, and comics. Tye usually enjoys anything that involves immersing himself in another reality altogether. He has few friends, but those friends he has are as close as brothers.

While Tye is more pensive than kids of his age, that doesn't mean he isn't as brave. On the contrary, he is far braver than most of his peers, especially those other friends that have fallen into the dreaded "nerd" category. He'll be the first to challenge any bully. He's smart and fierce, and as he was raised by his mother, has inherited a good bit of her sass and mouth.


Physical Description:

Tye is a beautiful mix of his parents. He has his mother's lighter complexion and her bright blue eyes and inherited his father's dark brown hair. He also seems to favor his father, and once Zoey was able to glimpse a few of his father's baby pictures and was shocked by the resemblance.

Zoey sees a lot of his father in him, Tye has a way of talking with his hands, and boy can the little boy talk if given the chance. He has a way of just staring off into space when he is thinking, reminding her so much of his father, along with the little half smile that is always present on her son's lips, regardless of what he might be feeling.
