Kiren was born a bastered child with 5 brothers and sisters. She was not well liked by the rest of her family. As such she spent most of her time trying to be away from them. She often sang to herself out in the woods near their family's farming lot. At local festivals and gatherings she would join some of the other girls and singing and it brought her the small amount of praise that she ever received. Kiren worked in the manner of the local Lord to also get away from her family and gain a small bit of coin.

She bidded her time and planned until one night she stole away in the night. Her plan did not go off as easily as she had planned it. She was chased by the Lord's men who caught wind of her plans. Thanks to her local knowledge of the area and her planning she was able to escape. Kiren made her way to Oldtown and their she auditioned and joined the Harpers' Hall Bards guild. Their she practiced her singing and knowledge of instruments were she feel in love with the Lute.

Now she is a Journeyman Bard out to see the lands and expand her songs and knowledge of the land.
