Brief Bio: Freddy can read. Barely. His command of English isn't great either. His education is more or less nonexistent. But Freddy isn't stupid. Maybe cold, and callous, and uneducated, but not stupid. Freddy was born a raider. He lived his whole life as a raider. The wastelands are what Freddy knows, and he knows them well.

Freddy is social, but not very socially adept - at least around "civilized" people and big groups. His manners are not good, even at the best of times, and he would rather beat a person about the head and neck with a sledgehammer over talk to them most times, but Freddy understands unit integrity. He also knows how to survive, and more importantly, he has a very real grudge to settle with a particular band of road warriors.
