Brief Bio: Segeant Hernandez came from a big family that long supported the Rad Scorpions for as long as anyone can remember. The manority of the family has since died out or moved east into Lonestar territory. But old habits die hard, and Guermo stayed behind. Maybe he just doesn't get around like he did when he was younger, or maybe he just likes hanging around with the Scorpions. Either way, his fat face and bulging belly are keen sights for many coming back from the wasteland. In addition to being more or less retired, Segeant Hernandez is a heck of a cook and an even better quartermaster.
