DESCRIPTION
Lester puts some effort into his appearance and it shows. His hair is usually attractively cut and styled, his outfits are stylish and well put together, well-chosen and almost always deliberately a little less formal than the event merits. He knows that he exists in an industry where his main competition are overly formal, stuffy old men who eschew both hygiene and fashion, and he likes looking like the Dashing Young Man by comparison.

Appearance-wise, he is attractive, but in that bland middle-class-white-guy sort of way where his 'looks' are more a lack of any particularly distinguishing features than anything else. He is, however, one smooth operator. His voice is like an instrument that he can play soft or loud, harsh or soothing. He can sweet-talk an old lady out of her prized heirloom one moment and make a street punk think he's going to kill him the very next.

PERSONALITY
It's no so much that Lester is lazy, so much as he's unconvinced most things are worth working for. Money is fine, but getting causes more hassle than having it solves. Having a career is okay, but nothing ever really jumped out at him as worth the effort or zeal. Magic was really the only thing he ever gave himself to with any fervency. Basically, Lester likes cutting corners, but he does go to some effort to not let people know that.
