Commodore Daryl Sampson

'Commodore' Daryl Sampson is a human pirate lord, and master of the warship Wasteful Shrike.

Sampson is wanted by the Citadel Council for the attack on the Aldebaran Ruby, a passenger liner that was attacked by pirates while inside salarian space. Sampson's Blood Pack mercenaries massacred the crew of the Ruby, and stole millions of credits from the ship's casino.

It is believed that Sampson has a secret base somewhere in the Horse Head Nebula.
