Description: Monica Porter's name and face are well-known across Valport. Her picture and description hang in every Vanguard watch tower that secure the border. She is the current face of the resistance, and even though she appears very in-control, it is evident to those that have worked,  or currently work close to her,  she is a hot headed individual. She would storm hell with a water gun if it were not for Felix Wilde.  This could be seen as a good or bad thing depending on who you talk too.
