John Francis is a British-born expat currently living in Florida. He is charming, well spoken and always dresses to impress, most often in expensive business clothes. He is quite proud of his English heritage and does nothing to hide it, even going to so far as to exaggerate his accent.

Officially, he works as a lawyer, sometimes representing the Golden Corral interests during trials. But for those in the known, John Francis is actually a bit more than that.

Using his persuasion skills and his work as a lawyer, he has acquired a few contacts which he uses to further the Golden Corral interest. At least one police operation against them has been prevented thanks to a contact John Francis has in the police and he has clout in the local mob.

While he appears friendly and charming, he is in fact quite an opportunistic bastard and is quite manipulative. He likes good alcohol, good food and good cigars.
