He twitches.  Alot.  His nose, his eyes, his ears, his whole body.  He is little, thin, and he knows the others could kill him for meat at any moment.  He is quicker then them, smarter.  So he keeps a constant watch, on threats from the bigger kin, and for chances to get to food.  He can't punch the others and take the food from them, so he uses other methods.
